Dr. Chang, as a chiropractor and, under the Washington Department of Labor and Industries laws, is a credentialed primary care physician, able to evaluate and treat an injured worker. Many doctors do not treat workers compensation claims as they require a detailed understanding of the laws as well as special and timely documentation of the care procedures. We are experts in the treatment and documentation of workers compensation claims.
Most work injuries are related to muscles, joints, bones and nerves. Approximately 60% of all job injuries involve the spine. Chiropractors are specialists of these types of problems and can provide treatment without drugs and surgery. Back injuries are the most common of all work related symptoms.
